Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
House consider the Senate message (page 3343) on the following at              
this time:                                                                     
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 420(FIN)(efd pfld)                                      
"An Act relating to tourism marketing contracts; and providing for            
an effective date."

SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 420(L&C)

There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                   
                                                                               
Representative Cissna placed a call of the House and lifted the call.          
                                                                               
                                                                               
Representative Green moved that the House concur in the Senate                 
amendment to CSHB 420(FIN)(efd pfld), thus adopting SCS CSHB
420(L&C), and recommended that the members vote yes.                           
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment           
to CSHB 420(FIN)(efd pfld)?"  The roll was taken with the following

Representative Berkowitz objected.                                             
                                                                               
Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent to                      
withdraw the motion.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.             
                                                                               
Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll           
call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the             
effective date clause in Section 4.                                            
                                                                               
Representative Davies objected and withdrew the objection.  There              
being no further objection, the effective date clause in Section 4 was         
adopted.                                                                       
                                                                               
Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll           
call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the             
effective date clause in Section 5.  There being no objection, it was so
